My phone was found. It is in the lockbox in terminal F near the food concessions. I was called on the 19th to tell me my phone had been found. I went to baggage claim C to pick it up on the 20th. The collection from the lock boxes did not occur because an employee was absent. The agent at baggage claim and I looked at my iPad on find my phone. It confirmed it was in the F lockbox.
