Hi, we landed from Phuket to Doha. We had connecting flight to Dublin. Due to the long flight. We were tired and wanted to eat something. So we dropped our hand luggage at the side gate as our gate was not yet opened. It was kept on a chair. I still want my things back at Dublin. It was a pink bag with two jackets one is long green one and other is blue jacket.
We noticed we didn’t have it as soon as we boarded the flight. We informed the crew. But they didn’t help us. In fact they lied to us that someone was getting it and that they had tracked it. The flight was on the airport yet they didn’t get our things. Which actually has annoyed us. Cause it would be an extra trip to Dublin now for us. It is very disappointing, cause we told them the exact location and we could have gone and got it but they didn’t allow us.
