The bag CHECKEDIN from Cairo airport to Uralsk airport – But Turkish airline ground service did not transfer the bag from the flight number TK691 arrived from Cairo to the Next flight number TK354 going to Astana..
On the final CHICKIN gate to the flight number TK354 , I asked the Turkish airlines lady on the Gate D5 to confirm my bag is transferd already from the flight came from Cairo to the flight going to Astana but she refused to check the bag on the computer if its transfered or not – when I repeat my request to her – she act very agrasive and yield to me (SIR ALL BAGS LOADED ONBOARD – GO HAVE A SEAT) For sorry I diidnt read her name – she put orthodontics .
