I have 4 luggages for my trip and one is missing. After investigation with HongKong Airlines, there is an unknown luggage that with my luggage number, but not my stuffs. It seems like the mistake was made from the beginning in New York.
I want to get back my luggage and compensation for this instance. My original luggage is a yellow luggage.
