Connecting Flight
I last handed in my suitcase at entebbe international airport. I had a flight to Nairobi KQ419 at 4:00. Has a connection flight to Amsterdam KQ116. My flight was delayed a little so I missed my flight to Berlin, which was KL1781.
I reported the missing of flight and I was given another flight KL1785.
When I arrived, I couldn’t find my suitcase. I reported at the desk and they failed to track it saying I need to go back later
