It was seen before entering the T3 international airport gate 4 departure. I went to row F for check in with Vietjet assistance passport was completely behind the desk.
After that during the immigration, the officer didn’t ask any question or didn’t ask to look into the camera, he kept on talking to the other officer during the immigration process.
We informed the loss to the officer at the cabin baggage check in. We tried speaking to Viet jet assistance the lady didn’t enquire any thing she straightaway said I don’t know you. Will attach the picture of both the vietjet assistant who were clearly ignoring us.
