The bag was not picked up off the carousel at baggage reclaim. Accidentally the exact same bag was picked up .
Accidentally picked up the wrong bag belonging to a Louis Drew. We went home (2hours drive) and realised our mistake. We could find no-one available to call at this time. Please let us know what to do .
