Bags were packed in Seattle for a trip to St. Croix. Placed inside suitcase and check evening of Dec. 31 2025. Upon arrival in St. Croix suitcase was open on side with an approximate 16 inch section of zipper seperated. Did not notice item missing until completed unpacking Jan. 2 2026. May have come out anywhere between Seattle and St. Croix by way of Miami.
As we will be turning this in to insurance taken out with ticket I would appreciate an email that this has been reported. Price of Leather backpack is $163.64. Suitcase is unusable for future use as zipper no longer closes and does not hold. Suitcase value is $99. Consider this a damaged bag report also if possible.
