Last seen at Manchester airport, flight TK1996. Due to be connect onto flight TK195 Istanbul to Havana. Luggage did not arrive at Havana. Received luggage information via app stating it was on belt 11 in Istanbul & was not loaded onto flight to Havana.
2 items not arrived – tracking ID TK 736990 & TK 736906
One item is a large bright pink suitcase, the other is bright orange.
Have contacted airline & are investigating. Now 1st Jan & no communication.
