The items were last seen when I dropped off the checked suitcases at the Lufthansa bag drop counter.
Just for some background on the luggage, we checked all three bags because the front desk told us we had to, our two carry ons we didn’t pay to check but they were checked. 3 hours before our original flight boarded, it was cancelled. We then went back to the baggage center where we were told to wait for all of our luggage. We waited from 4 AM when they opened until 9AM and we talked to 5 different agents at the info center and 4 different at the lost luggage where we were told to go. They repeatedly told us to just wait and it would be on the baggage belt. After the 5 hour wait, I asked again and we were finally told that they do not know where our luggage is. We have AirTags for all 3 which show them all still at BCN airport but we were told they were not found and to submit a claim. This was a very exhausting experience as you could imagine especially because we had been at the airport for over 20 hours at that point to ensure we did everything correctly
There are two suitcases that are 22 inch wrangler brand carry on size. One is black and one is a light pink.
There is another suitcase that is a 25 inch London fog brand. It is also a light pink color with brown zippers.
Also all 3 suitcases have cruise luggage tags on them. One says Dashawn Horn and the other two says Jenna Horn. They are for Carnival Freedom, the room number on them is 1369.
Also the larger suitcase has a luggage tag on it with both Jenna Horn & Shawn Horn along with both of our phone numbers
