Security Check in
The lady at the security gate took my luggage and checked it which is fine but she failed to give me back the black plastic bag that was behind it. Its a black plastic bag with snacks and football. I need it returned and I will even pay for you guys to ship it to me. This happened about 30 mins ago. There should be no reason why we cant resolve this.
