Hello
I am currently in Koh Samui and I accidentally left my checked suitcase on the baggage carousel at Don Mueang Airport in Bangkok during my transit
Both flights were booked under the same reservation and I have already continued my journey to Koh Samui
Could you please check whether my suitcase was collected by airport staff and where it is currently being stored
Please let me know how I can arrange to recover it from Koh Samui
I can provide my booking reference baggage tag number and flight details
Thank you
