We landed at our gate B6 and then I forgot my belt bag on the plane they then called me saying I could go back to the gate to retrieve my item but I couldn’t get back through security due to not having my ID, by that point no one was any help and our driver at on a time limit so we had to leave. I called customer service they told me to fill this out
