I am contacting you regarding a lost item during my journey from Vienna (VIE) to Tirana (TIA) on 23.08.2026, on flight OS0759.
Before boarding, while I was at Gate G11, I was sitting on one of the massage chairs, approximately between 22:30 and 23:10. During this time, I suspect that the key to my Audi vehicle may have fallen from my belongings while I was using the massage chair.
