Dear Sir/Madam,
We accidentally left our beach umbrella on flight LO198 to Warsaw today, 2 August 2026.
The umbrella was left in the overhead compartment above our seats 6A, 6B and 6C.
We are currently at Warsaw Chopin Airport waiting to board our connecting flight to Vilnius. We have already spoken to the staff at the gate, and they advised us to contact you in writing.
Could you please urgently check whether the umbrella has been found on the aircraft?
If the green beach umbrella is found after our departure, would it be possible to send it by courier to our address in Vilnius instead of collecting it at the airport? We will be staying in Vilnius for the next few days.
