Baggage Claim
Vueling check-in counter on Thursday, July 9, at around 2:00 p.m., where we checked in the suitcases. They were not given baggage tags.
They were two identical large, hard-shell Amazon suitcases color pink salmon
We checked them in with Vueling for our flight to Bilbao. Just minutes before check-in, the airport’s computer system went down. The staff were understandably rushing, and we believe they accidentally forgot to attach the baggage tags to our suitcases. We only realized this afterward because we have no recollection of anyone tagging the bags, and we were never given baggage claim receipts.
When we arrived in Bilbao, we were the only passengers whose luggage did not arrive.
We are traveling with our 3- and 5-year-old daughters for two months, and everything we brought is in those suitcases. They contain all of our clothes and essential belongings, so we currently have nothing with us. Our PIR is BIOVY14730.
Please help us locate them. We believe the suitcases are still at the departure airport because they were never properly tagged. They still have an old Iberia baggage label from a previous trip with my husband, Kev Cheah’s name and phone number on it, but no one has contacted us.
We would be incredibly grateful for your urgent assistance in locating our luggage.
