Food Court
I was travelling on 07/07/2026 from terminal 3 American Airlines and my flight AA54 was boarding from gate K5 to London Heathrow. My husband and son were sitting at the food court opposite to Mc Donald’s near gate K5. The restaurant beside Mc Donald’s was Manchu wok. He left our grey carry on suitcase (VIP brand) at the food court and left to the gate K5 to pre board my son who is in a wheelchair. My daughter and I were waiting to pick our food from McD (order #857) and I assumed he took the carry on with him . Only while deplaning in London Heathrow we realized we never took the carry on inside the airplane. Please let me know.
Grey color carry on suitcase which is a VIP brand. The baggage tag might have my sons name on it as
