I inadvertently left behind the belt used for screening my HP small laptop (approximately 14-inch sleek model) near the X-ray screening machine, as I forgot to place it back inside my bag before leaving the security screening area at 5-35 pm to 5-45 pm .
I, Rajiv Kumar Singhal, holder of Aadhaar No. 6548 5099 2449, authorize my son, Shitanshu Singhal, holder of Aadhaar No. 3697 5715 9719, to collect the said item from the Lost & Found Department on my behalf.
As I am presently in Delhi and will return only on the night of 7 July 2026, I request you to kindly hand over the above-mentioned item to my son after verifying his identity documents.
