I had a connecting flight from Podgorica to Istanbul, then Dubai, and finally Luanda. Since I was advised at the Emirates airport to contact you as well, I am reaching out regarding my missing luggage.
On May 23, I traveled on flight EK118 to Dubai for work. I am a seafarer and was traveling to join my ship in Angola.
Unfortunately, my suitcase did not arrive. The staff at Dubai Airport have also been unable to locate it so far.
Could you please check your records and see if my luggage is with you or if you have any information about its whereabouts?
