Last seen MCO check in counter the agent made several mistakes with my ticket I spoke to manager she assured me my suitcase would b in chg
I did have a layover in ATL I’m disable I was in a wheelchair
The brand new black luggage is the largest size my medicine all brand new outfits swimwear new shoes my laptop my makeup and toiletre my jewelry souvenirs from the MSC cruise I just returned from l believe the the luggage was sent somewhere
I had to return to check in because the agent put the wrong name on my ticket and show id I need my baggage as quickly as possible
