On the Airplane
The item was left on the plane in mint seat 2F on the small shelf/space by the window.
The plane had a technical issue. Passengers were allowed to get off the plane while the repair was being done. Once you got off the plane you were not allowed back on. After three hours of waiting the flight was cancelled. I wasn’t allowed back on. My husband packed my things as best he could but didn’t realize that the small black case was mine because it looks like the black head phone case that is provided by Jet Blue.
