The airline lost my luggage.
When I checked in to my flight from France, I was very nervous about my checked bag making it through. I asked 3 times if it would be sent to my final destination and was told yes. Then in Miami, I asked again for someone to ensure it would be on my flight, but they obviously did not put care or effort in to that request.
