We forgot to pick the walker up at baggage claim
I had called baggage claim when i got to the hotel
They CONFIRMED they had the walker
when we returned to the airport to depart to NY we had a girl named Avery- a wheelchair airport assistant go to lost and found to pick up the walker – they told her there was no walker
Today- Tuesday 6/09 baggage claims called my cell asking when am i picking up the walker – her name is Rhonda and her # is 304 445-5363
