Connecting Flight, Security Check in
I travelled from the United Kingdom to India on 27/04/2026 on Air India flight AI128 from London Heathrow (LHR) to Mumbai (BOM), arriving at Terminal 2. I then had a connecting flight, AI2743, which also departed from Terminal 2 on 28/04/2026
During the security check before my connecting flight, I placed my laptop in the security tray for screening. Unfortunately, I forgot to collect it after completing the security process and proceeded to my departure gate.
I am extremely concerned about this loss, as the laptop contains important personal and professional documents. I would be very grateful if you could check your lost property records and security screening area for any laptop matching my description.
Laptop company is HP and is silver colour .user name is Jiya Johny..its looking new.
