I have missed my jacket in missing baggage claim counter. Already my luggage got missed so went luggage claim counter and raised 1 complaint regarding not receiving my luggage. FILE REFENCE NO BLR6E38321/03JUNE26/0119GMT. I waited for nearly 3 hrs in missing luggage claim counter and after raising complaint i left the counter. In meantime due to this luggage confusion and tension I kept my jacket in the counter and went. Kindly please found my jacket and return it asap. Still now I have not received my luggage too. Kindly do the needful and jacket details is black plain treking jacket brand Quechua.
