Hi Air Canada,
My name is Lorenzo Caltagirone.
My flight on May 27 was Air Canada flight AC8787 from Washington Reagan National Airport (DCA) to Toronto, departing at 20:40 and arriving at 22:12.
I checked in my luggage at Washington Reagan National Airport (DCA) for my journey to Toronto, connecting onward with Cathay Pacific via Hong Kong to Fuzhou (FOC).
My baggage tag number is: 0014928945
During the transfer process, the baggage tracking system showed the following message:
“Your bag will be continuing its journey with Cathay Pacific. We will be transferring your bag to Cathay Pacific.”
However, after speaking with Cathay Pacific agents, I was informed that they have not yet received my luggage.
I am concerned that my baggage may have been delayed or misplaced during the airline transfer process between carriers.
Could you kindly assist in tracing my luggage and arranging delivery to Fuzhou Changle International Airport (FOC), or to my final destination once it has been located?

It is a black suitcase with my name tag attached. The name tag includes my full contact information, so it should be easy to identify once located
