I left my carry on bag in the storage above seat
My flight was delayed due to mechanical problems. They booked me another flight to Tulsa through Chicago. I realized I did not have my bag. I asked themto get it for me and they would not because they said they were short on Help. I booked a flight just next-door to the gate so it would’ve been an easy transition.
