Bag was dropped off after going through customs to go to my connecting flight which was supposed to be Sun country flight SY424 which my booking agency messed up and I had no flight home on 5/23. Found this out after dropping my bags off for my connecting flight went back to retrieve attendant told me there was no way to retrieve bag that day and had to call Sun country the next day when I got home. Called Sun country is confused because there was so no flight had to purchase delta ticket to get home.
large black bag approx 70 pounds has personal documents in it along with Filipino snacks, blood pressure medicine and acid reflux medicine.
