Hello,
My name is Abror Akhmedov.
I travelled on Ryanair flight FR3528 from Milan Bergamo (BGY) to Prague (PRG) on 07 May.
I had a small bag and a 10kg baggage booking, but I did not complete check-in baggage drop before boarding.
At the boarding gate, airport staff did not allow me to take the bag onto the aircraft, and some of my belongings were left at Bergamo Airport.
The staff took my bag/items before boarding, and I am now in Prague.
Please help me locate my belongings and tell me how I can recover them.
