Last time i saw my luggage was when I did the check in, it was at frankfurt airport terminal 2, zone D , check-in 988
My original return flight was TU745, which was changed to TU649.
At Frankfurt check-in, my luggage was weighed and accepted by the check-in agent, and I received my boarding pass. However, no baggage tag sticker was attached to my boarding pass, and upon arrival in Tunisia, my luggage didn’t appear and when i wanted to issue a claim, I was informed that no baggage was registered in the system under my booking. I did the check-in along with my friend and we both gave our passports together but she was the only one who received a tag along with her boarding pass.
I believe there may have been a check-in or baggage registration error at Frankfurt Airport.
I kindly request:
* an immediate investigation of the Frankfurt check-in process,
* verification of baggage handling and loading records for TU649,
* verification of CCTV/check-in desk records if possible,
* and manual tracing of unidentified baggage matching my suitcase description.

The luggage had only 2 wheels because the 2 other wheels got broke when i was at the airport.
