Terminal/Gate, Security Check in, Bus Transport

I clipped “Frank Sinatrat” onto my carry-on bag after collecting him from the seat of my Dollar rental car, and boarded the shuttle to the Delta gate. At security, I was crowded by an international flyer. I put distance between us when I gathered my bags from X-ray, but was distracted and can’t confirm that my item was still on the bag after scanning.

I was also briefly away from my carry-on while I voluntarily checked my roller bag at the Delta gate. I’ve filed claims with both Delta and SEA.

IF Frankie made it out of SEA, he would have covered very little ground at SLC (departure to BNA was moments after arrival and only one gate away) but the stellar Lost and Found unit there has already confirmed he wasn’t found, and I’ve checked their visual inventory.

I’m left hoping that he was lost early, at security or in the bus transport.

Frankie is well worn from 21 years of travel; but because of that travel and pictures taken of our travels across the country, he’s precious to me. He’s a tan mouse (rat) wearing a black suit a la Blues Brothers although he’s meant to evoke Frank Sinatra. He has wears a pinkie ring and carries a felt cigarette in the same hand. His “Kamhi World” manufacturer’s tag was likely removed long ago for better picture-taking.
