The item was last seen when we sent in the department for oversized bags .It passed there employment checked our documnets said that image is ok and after that when we arrived in skopje we didnt found the bag.
Ticket was on name Damyan Pavloski and Ivana Pavloska.Both we had checked 26 kg ,when we arrived to airport on mistake one of the employees on checking instead of cheking the big 26 kg bag checked free carry bag.But after that we went to final checking and consult with other agent and same barcode put on the big one 26 kg bag.Maybe here happened the mistake.We now arrived in our country and on airport in Skopje we told our story to lost and found department.My husband Damyan Pavloski picked his 26 kg bag but mine on Ivana Pavloska didnt appear.We have one receipt in which is checked my free bag and is 5.1 kg.Tag number is 0590216774.
