Security Check in
After passing through main gate into the airport till the indigo counter to collect ticket. I was waiting at Gate 9. So the path for this order of events should be checked.
I used it to get into the airport and also to get my ticket at the indigo counter. Either I gave it to the indigo counter person for identity check and they didn’t return it back, or I lost along the way during security check in. My name I Thilak John Ninan.
