Airport courtesy wheelchair person had it after it was checked bu TSA officer. Realized it was not returned to me when getting ready to leave SAN. Fortunately my Texas DL was among the first with the gold star so not an issue since this occurred. This would have been at Pre-Check at E16. Any assistance is appreciated so I can obtain a replacement passport. Thank you
