On the Airplane
Laptop was left on the set when leaving the aircraft, either on my seat 40D or my husband seat 40E, possibly on our neighbor 40F, as we were the last passengers leaving the aircraft.
The laptop in medium size, black Acer Arpire 5 and has a stick for the mouse connected to one of the USB ports.
The list was discovered in 20 minutes after leaving the aircraft and rapisted to the British Airways Customer service office. We had a connection flight to Warsaw by British Airways BA 844 and that information was taken by the agent. I was told the item will be send to the final destination. I enquired at the List items office at the Warsaw airport but the didn’t get any info till now about my laptop.
The phone number given to me by the agent to Heathrow lost items office is inactive, there are no British Airways offices in Warsaw, so I can call and get the right number.. Additionally, I had a trip to Thailand booked the next day and I am in Asia right now using local SIM cart, phone number 0804974103 so please contact me via email rather if possible.
