The last time I saw my items was when I had packed them in the morning. I didn’t have access to my luggage up until my final destination being in Johannesburg. Someone from the inside stole my items. Also, I have extra caps in my luggage that I’ve never seen before. They stole my items and replaced them with someone else’s
I need my items replaced as those items are very important to me and replacement of my items would bring back the trust I once had for the airline – this entire situation is highly disappointing
