On the Airplane
Item was left on the plane ,my daughter noticed as soon as she got off the aeroplane and informed someone at baggage handling who kindly offered to go back onto the plane to retrieve it .However when she went onto the plane the two cleaners said they had thrown anything away due to hygiene purposes ,the woman tried to tell them it was in a drawstring bag and clean ,they muttered to each other that will be another complaint going in for Qatar !! We had been off the aircraft less than 20 minutes .
The neck pillow was bought in the Caribbean 50-60 dollars however my daughter is autistic and she has this pillow for sensory issues on long haul flights so she is very upset to have lost this item . It is light grey and folds up into a circle and then fits inside a light cotton grey bag ,100% left on the def left on the aircraft ass he had just removed it for landing .
they don’t sell them anymore which is very frustrating for us as its bamboo style material that’s very helpful with my daughters autism . we feel they had no right to throw away our property, it wasn’t unhygienic in any way .contacted Qatar who gave us this link to use ,
