In Reno Nevada I gave united agents my checked bag and our flight from Reno to San Francisco was delayed so we missed our connection flight then that flight ended up being cancelled anyways due to “mechanical issues” they said to go to baggage claim to retrieve our bags but before that we went to the united desk to get rebooked with Cathay Pacific and when we got down to baggage claims the agent there said they had retagged it for us and sent it to our Cathay Pacific flight then before we got on the flight the agents at Cathay Pacific said my bag was not accounted for and they were trying to locate it. They told me I couldn’t make a claim until I got to my destination I’m now here and the bag is still no where to be found.
