I am writing to inform you that I will be in New Delhi from February 25 to February 28. On one of these days, I will definitely come in person to collect my laptop.
I lost my laptop at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Terminal 3, during the cabin baggage security check. As I was previously informed, the laptop was identified and found. However, I would kindly request official confirmation in writing that it is currently in your possession.
Due to my very tight schedule during my visit, I would like to minimize the time needed for the collection process. I noticed on your website that the Lost and Found office operates during specific working hours, so I would greatly appreciate your assistance in coordinating this matter in advance.
Please confirm the identification details, I will be at the airport on 02.03.2026 to pick my laptop up.
