Situation description: Approximately 15 minutes before boarding, my father temporarily left his brown leather bag with a colleague and went to make a purchase. When boarding time arrived and my father had not yet returned, the colleague handed the bag directly to a security officer at boarding gate A8B, clearly informing him that the owner would return shortly.
Unfortunately, the aircraft departed before my father was able to retrieve the bag. He later traveled to Algeria and discovered that the bag had not been recovered.
