Respected Sir/Madam,
I would like to inform you that during the security check, I placed my mobile phone in the tray at the staff section security area as per procedure. However, due to oversight, I forgot to collect my phone after the checking was completed and left the area.
I realized this later and am writing to explain the situation and request your assistance in retrieving the phone, if it has been found at the security check point.
