LAST POSITION ON 7 JANUARY 2026 AT 22.13 BY FIND HUB WAS AT RENT A CAR FLOOR OF TUNIS CHARTAGE AIRPORT. THIS IS THE STORY:I am writing to formally report a serious incident regarding a personal item that was recovered by your staff but has not yet been returned to me.
On January 6th, I was traveling with my partner on flight TU 996 from Tunis-Carthage to Nice. The flight, originally scheduled for 06:45 AM, suffered a seven-hour delay. During the boarding process, I accidentally dropped my smartwatch: a Google Pixel Watch 4 (41mm, Black, LTE).
I realized the loss just before takeoff. Two fellow passengers on my flight confirmed they had found the watch and handed it directly to one of the flight attendants. Despite this, no announcement was made on board to find the owner. When I spoke to the flight attendant, she informed me that she had already handed the watch over to ground staff before departure, assuming it belonged to a passenger from a previous flight.
The flight attendant took my email address and assured me that Tunis Air would contact me as soon as possible. However, 9 days have passed, and I have received no communication. Through the “Find My Device” app, I have geolocated the watch inside Tunis-Carthage Airport, which serves as definitive proof of my ownership and its current location.
I hereby request the immediate return of my property. If I do not receive a response within 48 hours, I will be forced to:
Proceed with legal action for misappropriation against Tunis Air.
Publicly report this incident across all social media platforms and consumer protection forums.
