We are family of 4 flying from amritsar airport to Auckland our flight was delayed and airlines provided us stay in the hotel at malaysia nobody told us we have to collect our luggage from malaysia airport to the hotel we are staying , because we are thinking we will get our luggage at auckland so in this confusion we did not collected our luggage from malaysia airport
