My black wool coat was taken off the plane by the cleaners. Talked to the lead Janellys today 1-13 at 5 pm. She has found my long wool black coat with a sash on the back with 2 gold buttons and gold buttons on front. She put my name and address on the coat and said once I fill out an account it will be fed ex back to my address at 584 Crimson Drive Crystal Lake ,Illinois 60014. Thank you very much.
