The items were in my case in a small bag and it was my jewellery when I arrived at my destination and unpacked (with my sister present) the bag of jewellery was nowhere to be seen it had two bracelets one pair of gold earrings, a silver chain and floating heart with diamonds and most important of all was a gold chain and medal that got passed on to me from my grandfather who won this medal in 1910 for being the best tenor in Ireland, his name Joseph Dooley (in Gaelic) is inscribed on the back with the date and year. I am heartbroken and I feel that it was taken as my case was fully intact upon arrival and no note inside to indicate that it had been opened. I forget the flight number but it was two hours late leaving from Dublin to Toronto on December 27th, 2025. Came back on January 10th arrived January 11th. I waited until now in case I had inadvertently left it here in Ireland but I did not and I had known that I had definitely brought it with me. I would like you to check if my bag was opened here or in Toronto for that flight. I am truly heartsick about the medal especially. If someone did take it it does not speak well of your baggage handlers. I will attach a couple of pictures and would appreciate hearing back from you. My email is [email protected] and my phone number is (087) 103 2799.

Please do your best to do this for me my case was locked and arrived exactly as it was leaving.
Thank you
