We attempted to remove the case from under the seat but we were unsuccessful. Captain of vessel had requested maintenance to come On board once we landed to remove the seat in order to retrieve the case. Once we landed we were told that everyone had to disembark and then customs needed to check the plain before maintenance could come on board. I had waited at the lost and found for several hours and then was told to come back to lost and found. I waited 3 days and went back today and it still has not been sent to Lost and found.
