After the flight on January 6th, when I waited at baggage claim in A16, I couldn’t find my bags. There were a lot of bags left in the hall. I found my other two bags.
My flight was on January 5th and the baggage arrived with the same number, but due to the cancellation of my flight on January 6th, I had three suitcases, two of which I found, and a 20kg black suitcase with a white ribbon tied to its lock, I did not find.
