On the Airplane, Connecting Flight
The baggage was in the hands of an airport staff member. We were not allowed to collect it because we were transit passengers. We were told that we would receive our baggage only in Thailand. However, when we arrived in Thailand, the baggage was not on the carousel. It was left behind in the transit city (Mumbai).
Transit baggage was handled by airport staff. We were informed it would be delivered in Thailand, but it was not received. Baggage was left in Mumbai (BOM).
