Dear Sir or Madam,
I am reporting a delayed checked baggage.
My journey was:
Belgrade – Berlin (Air Serbia)
Berlin – Amsterdam (KLM, flight cancelled)
In Berlin I was informed that my baggage would be sent on the next KLM flight to Amsterdam, but it did not arrive.
I later travelled to Amsterdam via London with British Airways.
I am currently in Amsterdam staying at a hotel.

I no longer have my boarding pass, but I do have the baggage tag number:

Please let me know the current location of my baggage and arrange delivery to my hotel.
