Terminal/Gate
I arrived at gate #1 to abord my united flight UA 787 and I was at the counter like around 3:56 am. There were several pieces of luggage that I checked in, but the third suitcase the airline did not allow me to check the third luggage. So, I was forced to leave the piece of luggage at the counter of the airline. Because the plane was ready for takeoff. I did not have the chance to call someone to pick it up and not even a chance to put a tag on the suitcase. I am Jeffrey Hernandez and I am speaking on behalf of my cousin, Israel Rayo Sanchez. The suitcase is blue and it has 2 personals backpack, a small suitcase inside with clothes inside and another backpack yellow color, clothes for little girls and 2 pair of shoes for little girls. if you can be so kind to locate the suitcase so the way I can authorize someone to pick it up on his behalf. Your help and your support will be really appreciated. If you have any questions, you can reach me at 323-829-3033. thank you. Sincerely Jeffrey Hernandez.
I will send you a picture of the suitcase.
